On the lees for 48 months
Vinification
The grapes, in 10 kg perforated boxes, are cooled with dry ice and put in a soft press. Decantation is static and lasts 12 hours. After the second fermentation in bottle, the wine stays on the lees for 48 months for a minimum of 48 months.
