On the occasion of Cantine Aperte, on Saturday 28 May, at 8.30 pm, Terre de la Custodia is inviting all gourmets to a refined vegan dinner in its Guest Wing, preceded by cocktails under the Portico, at Gualdo Cattaneo (Perugia), Località Palombara.
This is a unique opportunity to discover and appreciate vegan cuisine delicacies paired with five of the finest Terre de La Custodia wines.

– Avezzano yellow potato crisps fried in Farchioni Olive Oil.
– Tempura balls made with Speciale Bianca Selezione 14 from Mastri Birrai Umbri.
