They all have temperature control (cooling and heating) and the fermenting tanks for the red wines also have “pumping over” and “punching down”, either manual or automatic (PLC).
Up to 1.500.000 litres can be stored in stainless steel. Process management and control is by computer. Closed-tank air presses are used for cryomaceration of the grapes.

The drying facility, specially designed in-house, keeps the grapes in optimum condition for extended periods of time after picking.
Opposite the winery is a large two-storey farmhouse accommodating the show-and-tasting rooms, offices, shop, a large room with a fire and a panoramic terrace, and other rooms for clients and friends.
