Quality Sparkling Wine
Quality sparkling wine obtained by the vinification of Grechetto and Trebbiano grapes in autoclave for 6 months. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections and very numerous bubbles, persistent grain of good finesse. Scents of yellow fruit and citrus. Slight sensation of bread crust and pine needles. In the mouth has a vertical attack of great freshness well supported by a ripe fruit; finish of long minerality. Ideal as an aperitif or with raw seafood.
