On the lees for 6 months
The vinification is white with skin maceration for 6 hours and is followed by soft pressing at 8 degrees temperature. After a 24 hours static decantation, alcoholic fermentation is triggered. It takes place at low temperature for 10 days, a part in wood and the other one in steel silos. Wine aging takes place on the lees, in steel.
