A part of the wine in barrique for 8 months, 4-6 months in bottle
The best grapes are put in steel fermenters with automatic remontage for 8-10 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperature. Finally, the wine is put in barrique, then in bottle for aging.
