Trebbiano Spoletino
In stainless steel and subsequently in the bottle for about 2 months.
Grapes selected directly in the vineyard and harvested in the early hours of the morning to preserve the aromatic potential. Upon arrival at the winery, they are cooled to avoid oxidation and unwanted fermentations.
White winemaking with soft pressing in the absence of oxygen. Static decantation of the must for 24–48 hours followed by inoculation of selected yeasts.
Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature for 12–14 days in stainless steel silos.
Maturation of the masses in stainless steel for about 4 months, with subsequent blending and further aging in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation not carried out.
Spring climatic conditions were favourable for vegetative development, with good rainfall in March and mild temperatures in April, which favoured uniform budbreak.
June recorded a hot and sunny trend with some heat peaks, while July was initially cooler, with subsequent rainfall that maintained vigour and freshness in the vineyards.
Yields were slightly lower than the previous vintage, with a very good health status of the grapes and excellent quality prospects.
Bright straw yellow colour. Aromas of tropical fruit and yellow peach, followed by citrus notes, orange blossom, rosemary and wild thyme.
On the palate it is fresh, smooth and mineral.
Recommended serving temperature: 10–12°C. Excellent with red prawn tartare, seafood risottos and fresh cheeses.
