8 months in barrique, then 6 months in bottle
The pre and post harvest selection of the best grapes is immediately followed by the fermentation through inoculation of selected lees in steel fermenters with automatic cooling and remontage for 8 days. Then, the wine stays on its skins for 5 days more. The malolactic fermentation is in steel at controlled temperature. The aging lasts 8 months in barrique and 6 more in bottle. We recommend consumption at 18° after an early uncorking. This wine withstands an aging of 4-5 years.
